Please note products provided by jeffs furniture will be photographed and videographed if you do not agree or have any objection please discuss before placing the order.

As such, all orders for custom furniture are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has commenced. This policy is in effect to cover the costs associated with materials, labor, and other resources invested in fulfilling your customized order.

2. Custom Manufacturing Process:
When you place an order for custom furniture, we begin the manufacturing process as per your specifications. This process includes selecting materials, finishes, and designs that align with your preferences. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the final product meets their expectations and requirements.

3. Delays in Finishes Confirmation:
In cases where there are delays in receiving finishes confirmation from the client, we reserve the right to temporarily pause work on the order. These delays may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to client feedback, additional requests, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Rights to Work on Other Orders:
During the period of delays in finishes confirmation from the client, we have the right to work on other orders to maintain the efficiency of our manufacturing process. This ensures that we continue to deliver our custom furniture products in a timely manner to all our valued clients.

5. Resuming Order Processing:
Upon receiving the necessary finishes and materials confirmation from the client, we will promptly resume work on the order. Typically, the resumption of order processing will take place within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the confirmation. Please note that the exact duration may vary based on the complexity of the order and the availability of materials.

6. Client Communication:
Throughout the manufacturing process, we maintain open communication with our clients to keep them informed about the progress of their custom furniture order. We value your satisfaction and aim to address any concerns or queries promptly.

7. Inspection and Acceptance:
Before finalizing the order, we encourage our clients to inspect the custom furniture products upon completion. If any discrepancies are found or adjustments are required, we will make reasonable efforts to address them in accordance with our customer satisfaction policy.
